Exam related anxiety can manifest in a number of ways. In the body, we see an increase in our heart rate or a shallowness of breath.
In the mind, we can experience racing thoughts, self-criticism and doubt.
During these stressful times, it's important to remember that university and college exams are not real-life.
Metrics, standardised testing, and grades will never determine our worth as kind, compassionate, caring, and loving human beings.
Our long, diverse, and rich lives will never be defined by one or two hours relaying information from a textbook.
Do your best. You are always enough.
